Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our services.
Services Offered
We provide professional application development consulting services, including wireframes, UI mockups, admin dashboard UI kits, user-flow specifications, application audits, technical architecture design, feature requirement specifications, legacy-app modernization assessments, backend API development, admin web dashboard build-outs, module implementation, third-party API integration, cross-platform mobile module builds, QA and functional testing, cloud infrastructure setup, application performance tuning, security hardening, legacy code refactoring, and database migration.
All services are offered as one-time project-based purchases unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Billing and Payment Terms
- All services require full payment at the time of purchase unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
- Payment must be received in full before we begin delivery of the service.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Single Sale vs Subscription
All services offered on our website are single-sale (one-time) purchases. We do not offer subscription-based services at this time. You will not be automatically billed for any recurring charges.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of each service. Estimated timelines are provided below and confirmed upon project kickoff:
- App wireframe set: 5 to 7 business days.
- High-fidelity UI mockups: 7 to 10 business days.
- Admin dashboard UI kit: 10 to 14 business days.
- User-flow and interaction specification: 5 to 7 business days.
- Existing application audit: 7 to 10 business days.
- Technical architecture design document: 7 to 10 business days.
- Feature requirement specification: 5 to 7 business days.
- Legacy-app modernization assessment: 10 to 14 business days.
- Backend API development: 14 to 30 business days, depending on scope.
- Admin web dashboard build-out: 14 to 30 business days, depending on scope.
- Selected module implementation: 10 to 20 business days, depending on scope.
- Third-party API integration service: 5 to 14 business days.
- Cross-platform mobile module build: 14 to 30 business days, depending on scope.
- QA and functional testing service: 5 to 14 business days.
- Cloud infrastructure setup: 7 to 14 business days.
- Application performance tuning: 5 to 10 business days.
- Security hardening and vulnerability remediation: 7 to 14 business days.
- Legacy code refactoring: 14 to 30 business days, depending on scope.
- Database migration service: 7 to 21 business days, depending on scope.
All deliverables are provided digitally via email, shared repositories, or cloud-based project management tools.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and access to any necessary systems, credentials, or documentation. Delays caused by your failure to provide required information may affect delivery timelines.
You agree to review all deliverables within 7 business days of receipt. If no feedback is provided within this period, the deliverable will be considered accepted.
Cancellation and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to all custom deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. We retain the right to use generic code libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing tools that may be incorporated into your deliverables.
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential aspects of completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information, source code, or business data to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexis Thread LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexis Thread LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
